Kilimanjaro foundation is an NGO dedicated to transforming lives and creating empowered sustainable communities through improving the Educational Landscape for pre, primary and secondary schools, Environmental conservation and management, Women’s Economic empowerment to support the most underprivileged, Vulnerable and Undeserved Students, Youth, Women and communities. The Organization operates to serve all Regions of Tanzania Mainland.
We secure financial and material resources through donations, grants, or partnerships with corporations and individuals. This phase involves strategic campaigns, grant writing, and cultivating donor relationships to ensure a steady flow of resources for our programs.
Once resources are secured, we design and implement programs that address its core mission. This involves planning, executing, and monitoring activities like education, healthcare, or environmental conservation. Often, we collaborate with local communities, governments, and other stakeholders to achieve impactful outcomes.
We must assess the effectiveness of our programs through monitoring and evaluation (M&E). This process involves collecting data, measuring outcomes, and reporting to donors and stakeholders on how funds were used and the impact achieved. This ensures accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement of our interventions.
